To change or not to change? The consequences of changing activity on entrepreneurship performance of unemployed workers

The aim is to analyze corporate growth according to worker status at the moment of the company’s registration and analyzing workforce turnover in "newly" large firms. We wish to better understand the impact of foreign direct investment on employee mobility, from one company’s establishment to another.
