A vast literature shows that firm-level productivity increases whith local economic density. But we know basically nothing on how agglomeration economies are shared among prodcution factors whithin the firm. This project aims at filling this gap by estimating the impact of economic density and sectoral specialization at the employment area-level on the firm-level labor share.
