The projects focuses on the impacts of this mobility on the origin labor market, examining the distribution of benefits among workers, especially wage inequalities between genders, and exploring indicators of business performance. The effects on continuing education and competitiviness vary by sector. A thorough understanding of the mechanisms operating in this context of enhanced competition is crucial for developping effective economic policies.
