Socio-demographic and occupational inequalities in relation to work-related accidents in France

This population science research project aims to leverage Social Security data on compensated work-related accidents and occupational diseases (AT-MP) to finely analyze the profiles of workplace accident victims in France. By intersecting demographic, socio-professional, and accident-related data, it seeks to define new indicators of social inequalities and examine their temporal trends. To achieve this, the project will employ data mining and multidimensional analysis methods, along with graphical representation techniques. The data transmitted by CNAM to DARES over more than 15 years represents a valuable source for understanding social health inequalities related to work. This project serves as an initial step toward a larger project based on the EDP-Santé data source.
