TRADIGI
This project aims to understand product and factor markets distortions stemmig from the digitization of the economy and the energy transition. The analysis is based on company-level data and requires ongoing methodological research. The new "great transformation" geared by the rise of artificial intelligence and the energy transition requires a better understanding of how companies react to these major challenges. Our focus is on market distortions, that is, on the ability of companies to set prices, both in the product market and in the factor markets. A particular focus will be on the labour market. We will specifically analyze firm demand for qualification in order to study the impact of AI and the energy transition on the demand for labor by companies.
