This project aims at a better knowledge of mechanisms encouraging people remote from the labor market to begin a training program. In particular, we study the impact of innovative approaches which goal is to renew the link between individuals and the public employment service, which would trigger entry into a training program or a job. We evaluate the effect of the "Etincelle" program which is implemented by the "Apprentis d'Auteuil" foundation, which is among PIC 100% Inclusion winners. The program targets young and low-skilled individuals relying on the "design thinking" method. The goal of this strategy is to reach individuals who lost contact with public employment services. We will randomly draw training centers which implement this method in order to measure a causal effect of the program.
