This study will proceed by comparing the employment trajectories in France and Brazil, with a focus on spatial considerations. We will use the variables in the Annual declaration of social data (DADS). Namely: size of the establishment, Socio-Professional Category structure, age pyramid, type of employment, number of hours brought back to the number of employees, work conditions, pay grade. This way we will be able to monitor the evolution of these variables to analyze the impact of the institutional change in the sugar industry.
