The main objective of this work is to identify potentially protective drugs for Parkinson's Disease (PD) in a case-control study nested in the National Health Data System (NHDS). To do this, we will use two approches: on the one hand, an hypothesis free approach targeting drug identifies by previous studies as being associated with a decreased risk of PD. A secondary objective of this work is to identify drugs potentially associated with and increased risk of developing PD.
