Statistical data on negotiable debt securities are provided to the Banque de France on a daily basis by negotiable debt security issuers through their direct debit agents in accordance with the regulatory supervision of this market. The scope of the data reported to the Banque de France includes all transactions recorded on the primary market for negotiable debt securities, including: - intra-group transactions (operations not passing through the EUROCLEAR France settlement-delivery circuit); - transactions intended for bank issuers' private clients; - reports from non-resident issuers.
