The survey on phytosanitary practices on vegetables (Phytoleg) is one of the Cultural Practices surveys, a major tool for describing farmers' practices. The objective of the survey is to describe and characterize the phytosanitary actions taken by farmers to produce 8 categories of vegetables: carrots, strawberries, melons, leeks, lettuce (including lamb's lettuce), tomatoes, flower-headed sprouts (cauliflower, broccoli, romanesco) and cabbages (except sauerkraut cabbage). The statistical unit is the crop plot, i.e. the set of adjoining lands sown with a given vegetable, having the same cultural history, and managed using homogeneous practices (mechanical operations, phytosanitary treatments, etc.). The questionnaire is organized around a main theme: the use of phytosanitary products (sprayer, treatments, rationale). It also contains some general questions about the plot (irrigation, marketing method, production cycle, previous crops, fertilization, etc.).
