The Manpower Requirements Survey questionnaire is sent to 2.3 million establishments to determine their recruitment needs by sector of activity and by employment area. This survey is an essential element of labor market knowledge. It enables us to anticipate recruitment difficulties; improve guidance of jobseekers towards training courses or occupations in line with the needs of the labor market; inform jobseekers about changes in their labor market and promising occupations.
