The Securities Holdings by Sector - France (totals) subcategory is derived from SHS-S (Securities Holdings Statstics - Sector) data, which tracks security-by-security holdings by institutional sector. This "France" subcategory contains holdings held in France (regardless of the holding country or issuance of the security) as well as all French bank holdings (regardless of the holding country). These totals detail outstanding sums in market value and par value by: - reporting country, - holding country and institutional sector, - issuing country and institutional sector, - issuing currency and type of security.
