Créations Entreprises : Business start-ups
Authorisation: Statistical Confidentiality Committee
Business start-up statistics serve for the monitoring of the business start-up trends in the main sectors (based on the Register of enterprises and establishments).
Since 2022, the SIDE system (Système d'Information de la Démographie des Entreprises) has been used to produce short-term statistics on business creation. This new system replaces the former REE (Register of Enterprises and Establishments). Creation of establishments and business creation data have been recalculated retrospectively, using the new system and going back to 2012.
