This project is in fact a demand for a final extension of the PARISEG project, whose objective was to develop, over the period 1999-2018, analyses of the two main dimensions of urban segregation in the Paris metropolis:
-socioeconomic segregation, using a combination of occupation (CS), unemployment, and employment precarity
-immigrant segregation using their national origin.
This new project – final phase of the PARISEG project – aims at a complementary elaboration of the results already produced which are kept in its CASD archive, and a series of additional analyses of the census data in order to complete the previously downloaded results, analyses which have come out as indispensable in the process of writing the final article and book under way.
