Support in drawing the perimeters and impact indicators for Intelligent Scientific Areas (“Domaines de Spécialisation Intelligentes- DSI-) in the Rhône-Alpes region

The study aims to supply the Rhône-Alpes region policy makers with monitoring indicators on recommendations from the European Commission and help the region operate a DSI strategy. The study will help conceive and test a method to produce impact indicators which can then be used by other regions in France.
