The link between the economic performance of companies and the intensity of their employees use of vocational training is regularly raised in public debate. There are still few studies on the subject, with results that are from definitive. The production of mainly descriptive statistics on this link is also rare, due to the lack of an observation system integrating boyh dimensions. This project aims to offer a new analysis of this link by combining the CEREQ's EFE survey of companies vocational training efforts with the data on their economic situation available in the FARE data. The CIS survey will provide a special focus on the situation of innovative companies.
