The aim of the project is to measure the links between transitions from salaried hospital work to self-employment and the mental health of healthcare professionals. The idea is to identify the processes that link exposure to psychosocial risks, transitions from salaried employment to self-employment and the mental health of individuals. As part of this global project, the use of CT- Conso de soins will initially enable us to identify the channels through which exposure to psychosocial risks influences the career paths and mental health of hospitalized healthcare professionals, compared with self-employed professionals.
