In a context of increasing peri-urbanization and increasing society expectations for a more environmentally friendly farming, able to provide a pleasant and healthy living environment and locally produced foods, we are interested in interdependent strategies of several categories of actors:
1) Those peri-urban households who can paradoxically contribute to make this environment infrequent
2) Those of the agricultural and agri-food sector which adapts in various ways
3) Those of local public decision-makers in terms of policies accompanying or bending the strategies of actors mentioned above.
Based on the existing theoretical and empirical literature, the available databases of the CASD and the contribution of field studies, it will therefore be necessary to propose a spatialized economic analysis framework for these choices.
