Identifying structural elements pertaining to a small farm's profitability
Characterizing these farms will require defining them. The 1988 and 2000 census, the 2005 and 2007 surveys will enable us to see which are the “small sized” farms which disappear and which are the ones that stay profitable or renew their activity.
