In order to improve the efficiency of its respiratory insufficiency care services, ALSI wishes to i) develop predictive algorithms for cardio-respiratory worsening in order to take measures to alert the patient and the professionals who care for them and thus potentially avoid hospitalizations and ii) strengthen knowledge of the hospital course of patients under NIV. The study will be carried out on data from patients on NIV collected by ALSI as part of a previous INOVAL1 study matched indirectly to PMSI data. The main objective of the study is to identify the predictive factors of hospitalizations linked to cardiorespiratory worsening in patients with chronic respiratory diseases. The secondary objective of the study is to describe the sociodemographic and medical characteristics and hospital medical burden of patients with chronic respiratory disease trated with NIV.
