Experimenting with a rigorous evaluation of the competitiveness and employment tax credit (crédit d’impôt pour la compétitivité et l’emploi “CICE”)

We aim to carry out the evaluation of the ex post impact on two sets of variables concerning the companies benefiting from the scheme: (1) Employment and wages (level and structure), qualification, sector, size and geographical location. (2) Innovation policies (process, product) which relay the CICE’s effects on competitiveness.
