Evolution of cattle farms: trajectory analysis, determining factors and demographics

Although France is one of the largest EU countries in terms of cattle production, hindrances to its potential must be analyzed to guide policy making. An analysis of the 2010-2013 trajectory, highlighting of the main determining factors, will help guide the 5-10 year tendency projections and long term projections (25 years). These are for now made on the base of the 2000-2007 or 2000-2010 trajectories. Analysis of the trajectories, logistical regression and projection methods will require using individual data.
