Analysing the impacts of the National Program For Urban Renovation on real estate prices, revenue and participation in the worforce and criminality taking into account the caracteristics of the neighborhoods and operations
We will analyze the economic impacts of the Urban Renewal National Program (PNRU) initiated in 2003 by the Borloo law, from 2003 to today. The focus will be on income levels, real estate prices, crime and activity rates in renovated neighborhoods.
