Bpifrance wishes to continue its policy of opening up its data while simplifying the process of accessing them. As of today, any academic project affiliated to a research institution aiming to enrich the scientific literature in economics or management will be able to request access to Bpifrance data (specialised institutions, grandes écoles producing research, universities, etc.), without having to respond to Bpifrance calls for projects.
This original and very rich data provides a very granular account of all the financing support granted by Bpifrance over the period 2000-2019, whether in the form of innovation aid, bank loan guarantees, short-term financing or medium-to-long-term financing to French SMEs and SMBs.
