As the new year begins, we’d like to wish you all the best for 2025.
The year 2024 was marked by growth in research activity, new pilot projects with Meta (data from Facebook and Instagram) and Bytedance (data from TikTok), numerous projects in the healthcare field, as well as several developments concerning the CDAP (Confidential Data Access Portal) portal, secure file input and output processes, connection modes, Spark computing clusters, to name but a few.
We hope that 2025 will also bring a wealth of new datascience features and tools for users, as well as new sources of data.
In 2025, we will also continue to foster the development of the community of secure data users, with presentations of data sources by the producers who make them available, and presentations of datascience technologies (Spark, parquet, DuckDB, Sedona, Julia, LLM in particular).
