The Résil project consists in using two (consequently exhaustive) directories of the resident population in France, on the one hand, and of the housing stock, on the other hand, to match (or interconnect) distinct files of different nature, administrative, survey (for example income file and higher education students file).
If the project is successful, Resil will make it possible to broaden the possibilities of investigation in time (cohort follow-up) as well as in space (approach to small geographical areas).
