As mentioned in a previous newsletter, the Graph4health project, coordinated by the Centre de recherche en économie et statistique (CREST) and in collaboration with Constances and, for the infrastructure, with CASD, is studying the mechanisms by which patients are allocated to the various players in the healthcare supply chain, using graph analysis methods. In particular, the research enables us to study the formation, structure and evolution of links between patients and healthcare professionals.
To achieve this, the project is using the almost exhaustive SNDS data over 11 years from 2008 to 2018, together with data from the healthcare professionals’ repository, representing several tens of Terabytes. Work has already begun following receipt of data for the years 2016 to 2018.
Most recently, the project was selected as part of the Agence Nationale de la Recherche’s 2023 call for generic projects, and was awarded 5-year funding. CASD would like to congratulate the project leaders.
