Like its first version, this guide is the result of a fruitful collaboration between the InSHS teams, the CNRS data protection department and several unit directors. This cross-fertilisation of views and approaches has made it possible to construct this guide as a direct response to questions that may arise when personal data is processed for research purposes.
This second version is enriched compared to the first with more concrete examples to illustrate the developments, as well as annexes providing both model documents and summaries to make the information more easily accessible to the reader.
