The next Conference of European Statistics Stakeholders (CESS) “The Beyond GDP agenda: past, present, future visions for the future” is organized in Paris on October 15 and 16, 2024 by Insee and the Banque de France in cooperation with Eurostat, the European Central Bank under the aegis of ESAC and with the support of the user side of CNIS and CASD.
Several sessions will be devoted to the data needed to enable the regular production of economic indicators enriched to take account of sustainability, well-being and inequalities: new data sources, data matching, secure national and international access to data.
CASD and the IDAN (International Data Access Network) it coordinates will be making presentations.
The network met in Paris on June 27 and 28. It is preparing for its enlargement in 2025, offering both greater flexibility to join the network and a dynamic to build a European infrastructure of secure access centers for confidential research data, also involving research centers using data from other centers/countries.
