In 2021, CNIL has just launched a call for projects to complete its actions in favour of innovation.
The CNIL’s “sandbox” offers enhanced support for 3 innovative projects in the field of health, involving emblematic issues in terms of privacy protection.
This experimental approach aims to implement “privacy by design” at an early stage of project development.
The sandbox is open to all innovative projects, regardless of the status of their initiator (public or private), size or age (startup or existing player), sector (industry, services) and whether or not the activity concerned is digital (technological neutrality). The selection criteria will be :
– Benefit to the public
– Interest in data protection
– A strong commitment to the DGR compliance approach
