A few years ago, the biometric smart card needed to log in was dedicated to each project. A user who had access to several projects, and therefore as many secure bubbles, had to have several cards and change cards each time he wanted to move from one project to another.
The connection time, which included numerous transactions for security checks (certificate validation, etc.), was a little long.
CASD has developed a secure authentication interface that enables you to:
• partition authorizations to secure bubbles on the smart card, thus creating a multi-project card and smoothing the transition between secure bubbles,
• optimize the authentication chain validation process and the certificate validation process (e.g., by reducing transaction times), thus reducing connection times.
These developments have been designed to enhance user comfort while maintaining the high level of security required for processing confidential data.
